Tonight I’m reading The Adventure of the Empty House, the first story set after Holmes’ “died” in The Final Problem.

Tonight’s story is called The Final Problem. This short story marks the first appearance of Holmes’ enemy Professor Moriarty.

I’ve decided to read a Sherlock Holmes short story every day until I run out of short stories to read. Then I’m going to move onto the longer stories and those certainly won’t take a day. So far I’ve read:
