No Virginia, Hobo's don't have valid opinions
Look at that it’s a layout. Not a very good layout but a layout nonetheless. Yup it sure is a layouty kind of layout, can’t get much more layouty than this. Talkin’ about a layout here… Okay I’m finished, please don’t shoot me, I’ll explain below.
Curious about the first paragraph? Well unless you’re an idiot you should be (if you thought that was in any way intelligent I’d like to ask you to go out back and shoot yourself right now). What I just did was open up discussion on my layout (oh the… horror?). What does that mean? Well that means that if you have a site then you can comment on my layout. But only if it’s a nice comment telling me how creative I am and how utterly cool I must be in real life, that’s the way it works!
What I don’t want to hear is someone telling me that it looks funky in IE (damn you IE for not enabling transparency in .png’s) or that it might be a little too small. Or even that my font size is just way too damned big because that might just help me (okay so that wouldn’t really help me because I’m already fully aware of the fact that it looks funky in IE, the other two aren’t even really valid opinions). God forbid someone try to give me some constructive crisism… no wait it must be critisism… no damnit if it’s not those two then it must be critisim. No? Well how about critism? I guess I should have paid more attention in school, eh? I mean after all, I’m eighteen years old I should know how to spell criticism (hah! See I got it right).
If you’re curious about who I’m referring to then take a peek at this thread on DisasterMB: Critisims from people who suck! It’s quite entertaining. Because of it I’m considering opening a site showing people that hobo’s and homeless people are indeed real people who have fallen on hard times.
I’d just like to add a few things:
- Veve has written an amazing review of Hu5h.org’s current layout. You can read the review here: /review.txt.
- Since Lissa has deleted everything in her posts you can head on over to Vera’s site and read the comment (and reply) that sparked the whole thing. Veve has also quoted Lissa in her review.
Ahh I knew what you were talking about right from the start XD See, I rule. Anyway, you are totally right – constructive criticism sucks. And I never got why people were unable to spell criticism. CRITI. CISM. Honestly, it can’t be that hard.
And I have to say, I rather like your layout. (see? it’s not constructive, I rule again!)

Regarding the hobo thing, I agree that was truly uncalled for. Then again, maybe we’re lucky and she’ll get to experience the “sensation” :)
By the way, thanks for standing up for me. It was a welcome surprise, since I was expecting (on seeing the thread) everyone to agree with Lissa.
What do you have against Hobos? Why do you feel the need to create a website making fun of them? If you truly cared about hobos you would get up off your fat pimply ass and go and help them out. Instead of making bad looking websites for them.
