Moving Woes

I’ve moved twice in my life, once when I was three years old and then again when I was sixteen. I don’t remember that much from the first time, but the second time was pure torture. It took us days to pack up and move everything into the new house and by then we were so exhausted we just fell into bed and slept for a week before we finally started unpacking. And now we’re moving again. Well, it won’t be for a while, but we’re moving.

There isn’t a whole lot available in this town, we have to stay here because my fathers parents live in the area and no one else will take care of them so the responsibility falls to my father. We have two choices:


House #1
4 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
Split Level, CA, Main floor laundry


House #2
4 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
Fully fenced backyard, CA, main floor laundry

House #1 is smaller than #2, but it’s got a better location. Other than that they are pretty much the same.

Which would you want to move into?

I’d want to move to #1. Seeing they both have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, I’d pick location over size…

They’re both pretty nice, but I say the first one. It has location, and that big tree in the front … hehe, even though it’s leaf-less
