At least those, as close as I can figure, who haven’t upgraded to whatever version had Snap removed from it. I hate Snap, I hate it so much I’m willing to personally email everyone who has Snap preview enabled on their website and request that the remove it. Since I hate emails that’s pretty desperate on my part. In fact I might just start doing that, beware everyone because someday you might just receive a little email from me begging and pleading with you to disable Snap.

It’s a nasty ugly little bugger that pops out of no where, sort of like a mugger popping out of a dark alley and turning a gun on you for your purse. Whenever I see a Snap preview pop-up I die a little inside and wonder what the world has come to.

I think they’re quite similar to pop-up ads, aren’t they? Because what purpose do they serve? I don’t determine whether or not I want to open a link by the preview, I just close my eyes and click the first link I can so I can remove myself from the hell that is a site with Snap previews1.

Never mind the fact that they’re hell on someone who is visually or physically impaired. So please, if you haven’t updated or, if I’m wrong about that then disregard, just haven’t bothered disabling it, please do. For the sake of my sanity please don’t use the Snap Shots Plugin

Fortunately for Firefox users you can disable it quite easily.

1 Yes I’m willing to judge a site solely by a nifty new thing like that. It’s a horrible experience browsing along and suddenly seeing this horrible thing come up with a “loading preview” sign before an image of the website pops up.
