picture of meName: Becky
Age: 19 (June 15th is my birthday if you should wish to send me large expensive presents)
Location: Southwestern Ontario, near Brantford
My God: House)

Welcome my name is Rebecca, but you can call me Becky, in fact I insist you call me Becky. Other acceptable names are Pussybear (don’t ask) and The Knitting Hillbilly. I’m 5’3”, give or take an inch, and 153lbs, I have brown hair, brown eyes and I enjoy knitting and sometimes crocheting. Though I really do prefer knitting, I wholeheartedly agree with Elizabeth Zimmerman who said, I’m paraphrasing here, “crocheting is for servants”. Knitting produces a much nicer, thinner material than crocheting does and the stitches are much more attractive than crochet stitches.

I live in a small town in Southwestern Ontario, about an hour outside of Brantford near Lake Erie. I grew up in an even smaller town 15 minutes away from my current place of residence. I dream of living in Paris, Ontario in a mansion that has a library complete with a rolly ladder and two illegal aliens (that would be Brent and Sarai, but shh about the illegal alien thing). Eventually I hope to open my own business, a yarn shop, right here in town and have yards upon yards of luscious yarn at my disposal (I can dream, right?). Barring that happening I would quite like to work in Hollywood on the set of House or as James Marsters personal assistant.

Yes I was homeschooled, but somewhere along the line something went horribly wrong and I became an Atheist and capable of social interaction with human beings that have different thoughts, viewpoints and beliefs than my own. Shocking, I know.

Me

Where are you in your family birth order? Do you remember any of your brothers or sisters being born?
I’m the eldest of three children, I’m sure it shows. My brother, Justin, is 16 and my sister, Kaitlynn, is 13. I was two and a half when my brother was born so I don’t really remember his birth, I can recall bits of my sisters birth. My mother had everyone on edge because of a few false labors and the night my sister was born I spent most of the night on our hassock with my grandparents.
What is your relationship with your family like?
A little of this, a little of that… We’re not a close family but we do love each other… most of the time.
I’ve talked to you on forums and read your blog and you seem mean, critical and harsh. What are your thoughts on that?
If you think that I am a bitch, then you are probably right. I’m very blunt, very open, and very honest. I don’t say anything I wouldn’t be willing to hear and I usually don’t mean any harm.  This question normally comes up when I tell someone that a 7.5pt font is hard to read.
If you think I’m a big meanie then by all means call me on it. I am always willing to discuss such things.
I don’t see you writing about friends or family that often, why?
Because I value their privacy and choose to not discuss them unless it is insignificant or I have their permission.
How large is the stick up your ass?
I can assure you that it’s quite large; at the very least it’s bigger than your dick will ever be. And no, I don’t wish to have it removed, I like where it is.
Do you have any mental problems?
I’m fairly certain I don’t have any mental problems, but who’s to say what’s lurking in the depths of my mind? What I can say for certain is that I am not depressed, I do not feel the need to harm myself or others, I don’t have an eating disorder and I’m of average intelligence. Although I have been told that I need to go on Dr. Phil; hell I’ve been called Dr. Phil.
I know you are were homeschooled and I’m curious, are you one of those weird shut-ins?
What makes you say that? Not every single home-schooled person is a freak. I interact with people outside of my immediate family and I consider myself to be quite normal.
What was it like being homeschooled?
It’s very lonely. That’s probably the best way I can describe being home-schooled. Would I ever home-school my children? I can safely say that I would never home-school my children. I feel that I lost out on a lot of things by not going to school and it’s hard to see the advantages of staying at home.
What are some of your favourite musical artists?
Marilyn Manson, Rammstein, and Johnny Cash are a few of my favourites.  I’m someone who is picky about what she listens to but at the same time not picky about what she listens to. Does that make any sense?
What are your all time favourite movies?
The Rocky Horror Picture Show is one of my favourite movies. Up there alongside it are The Mummy and “Twister”:http://imdb.com/title/tt0117998/.
What’s with all these questions?
I was inspired by the about page of DasBecca. I admit it I kind of ‘stole’ it from her. But I give full credit and acknowledge that it wasn’t my idea. Hell it probably wasn’t her idea either.
Can I ask a question?
Sure post a comment, e-mail or U2U and ask away. I’ll answer just about anything but duplicate questions.
What Forums are you active on?
Disaster MB as WTF.
How did you think of all these questions?
These are just questions that I’ve been asked over the years by friends.
